Salisbury Leavers’ Service

The Year 6 children travelled to Salisbury Cathedral for their service to mark the end of their time in primary school.  It was lovely to see the children take part through the banner procession and the hymns and candle lighting.  It was also nice to meet other children moving on to their own secondary schools across the Diocese.

We are delighted to report that the children were victorious in the Bridport Kwik Kricket tournament – winning all their matches.  The children played brilliantly and also enjoyed the chance to compete against other schools after such a wet start to the summer. Continue Reading

Summer term at Thorner’s

As summer term has started we have begun to enjoy more outdoor activities such as swimming lessons in our pool and also football games for our younger ones.
