Eggardon have been exploring containers their term as part of their DT project.
They have analysed different types of material and what shapes are easy to produce, store and transport.
They have also worked with a range of simple nets to help create prototype containers in paper, before creating their final designs in card.
The children finished their final containers by using a decoupage inspired decoration theme – covering the lids of their final designs with a range of intricate images.
